When I think about why I’m so passionate about coaching, speaking, and leading workshops and retreats, one thing immediately comes to mind: I want people to live in their genius. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about helping leaders uncover this for themselves. In my experience, people often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or driven solely by their responsibilities. I guide people to break free from the patterns that no longer serve them, so they can discover the brilliance they’re meant to share with the world.

One of my favorite topics to dive into is the power of decision-making. Our decisions shape our reality, yet most people aren’t fully aware of how their daily choices impact their long-term results. Bringing awareness to the process of decision-making is transformative. It shifts people from being on autopilot to being fully present and intentional. And when that happens, everything changes—your actions, your relationships, your results.
I’ve seen this time and again in my work with clients. When you learn to pause, reflect, and choose wisely, you create a ripple effect that touches every part of your life. The Enneagram: Breaking Out of False Identity
Another area I’m deeply passionate about is the Enneagram, a powerful tool for personal growth and self-awareness. The Enneagram helps us understand our motivations—the core drivers behind our behaviors. But it also reveals something even more critical: our false identities.
Each Enneagram type represents not just our strengths, but also the masks we wear to protect ourselves, the limitations we unconsciously put on our potential. My job is to help people recognize these patterns and break free from them, so they can step into their true selves with confidence and clarity. This level of transformation is incredibly rewarding, and it’s why I’m so committed to integrating the Enneagram into my work with leaders.
