What are you struggling with?  What are your teams struggling with? What do you want?  By asking HOW opens up the endless, possible solutions. And by asking how can we be allies in this discovery, creates a relationship, team, company, even world that unites in change. It is seemingly impossible when asking can. But, the unthinkable, unstoppable now comes forth-by this easy shift.
